By downloading or playing Enchanted Blocks (the “Game”), made by Chunky Bones, you agree to these terms.
License
We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial use.
Acceptable use
Don’t copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or exploit the Game, or use cheats, bots or exploits that interfere with it.
In-game purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google and follow their refund policies. Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Ownership
The Game, its artwork, characters, music and code belong to Chunky Bones. All rights not granted here are reserved.
Disclaimer
The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, Chunky Bones is not liable for indirect or incidental damages from using the Game.
Changes
We may update the Game or these terms. Continuing to play means you accept the latest version.
